We want you to be confident in Keyword Tool Ultimate. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first subscription payment — no complicated hoops.

Who is eligible

  • The guarantee applies to your first payment on a new subscription.
  • The request must be made within 30 days of that payment.
  • Renewal payments (after the first period) are generally non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
  • We may decline refunds in cases of clear abuse — for example, excessive automated usage or attempts to extract bulk data and then request a refund.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account, with the subject “Refund request”. We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds to your original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling on its own is not a refund — if you want your money back within the guarantee window, also send a refund request as above.
